Today people are increasingly judged only on the basis of their appearance and verbal communication skills, yet the powerful officials who take decisions, fail to realize that verbal skills are hereditary to some extent and should be treated as a handicap, not an indication of the competence of a person.
A woman said that when she was young, she had a problem pronouncing and speaking, however she made a lot of effort and could speak clearly. Her youngest son also had a similar problem and had to make an extra effort to speak clearly.
Now her grand daughter who is less than 3 years old appears to have the same communication problem
When will the prejudiced officials honestly admit that verbal communication skills are hereditary to some extent, and stop ridiculing people.
